Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW) Deals with judicial discretion in relation to sentencing,

Criminal Appeal Act 1912 (NSW), Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 (NSW) Sets out drug laws in NSW,

Customs Act 1901 (Cth), Jury Act 1982 (NSW) Sets out rules for juries,

Victims Rights Act 1996 (NSW) Sets out the charter of Victims Rights for victims of crimes,

Poisons Act 1966 (NSW) provides that it is an offence for a person (other than a medical practitioner, pharmacist, dentist, veterinary surgeon or certain other authorised persons) to have possession or attempt to obtain possession of prescribed restricted substances.
